Instructor-led Cybersecurity Training

It depends on your team's focus area. For mobile app pentesting, start with Practical Mobile Application Exploitation. For deeper OS and kernel research on iOS or Android, look at Offensive iOS Internals or Offensive Android Internals. For ARM64 exploit development, Offensive ARM64 Reversing and Exploitation is the right choice. For malware analysts, we have dedicated courses for mobile and Windows malware. Live Virtual is instructor-led training delivered over Zoom on fixed dates — you get real-time interaction, Q&A, and labs with a live instructor. Live On-Site is the same instructor-led experience delivered physically at your location. On-Demand is self-paced: you get access to lecture recordings, lab environments, and written materials and work through the content at your own pace with 365-day access. Not all courses have an On-Demand version — check the individual course page.

Yes — all live trainings are available for private team delivery. A minimum of 5 participants is required for a dedicated live session. For smaller teams or individuals, we can accommodate you in our scheduled public training events. Email trainings@8ksec.io with your team size and we will give you a quote.

Yes. For private live deliveries we can adjust the depth on specific topics, rebalance content between platform focuses (e.g., more iOS than Android), add coverage of tools or frameworks your team uses, or incorporate your own test applications into the labs. Live Virtual and Live On-Site training for teams is priced on a per-session basis, not per-seat. Pricing depends on the course, delivery format, duration, and any customization required. Email trainings@8ksec.io or fill in the Send Enquiry form and we will send you a formal quote within one business day.

Yes. For live team and corporate bookings we issue formal invoices and can work with corporate purchase order processes. If your organization requires a vendor registration, W-9, or other procurement documentation, contact trainings@8ksec.io and we will accommodate your process.

We ask for approximately 3–4 weeks lead time for live virtual and on-site sessions to align instructor availability, provision lab environments, and handle any customization. For large on-site engagements or heavily customized curricula, more lead time is helpful. Reach out as early as you can and we will confirm availability.

Students need a laptop with 8+ GB RAM and a stable internet connection. All lab environments are cloud-based and pre-configured — no local VM setup is required. Detailed setup instructions (Slack workspace access, VPN details, any pre-course reading) are sent a few weeks before the start of a live session.

Yes. Several 8kSec courses prepare you for a practical hands-on certification exam: Offensive Mobile Reversing and Exploitation → OMSE, Practical Mobile Application Exploitation → CMSE, Offensive ARM64 → OAAE, Offensive iOS Internals → CISR, Offensive Android Internals → CASR, and Offensive Mobile Malware Analysis → CMMRE. Each course includes one free attempt at the corresponding certification exam. Additional attempts, if needed, are available for an additional fee.
